Most evenings in Phuket, Thailand, during my recent visit, were cloudy, but on this night, the sunset lit up the evening sky. You had to really watch the para-gliders though, they landed right on the beach - often on top of the tourists!

Wat Chalong (Chalong Temple) in Phuket, Thailand is one of the most amazing Buddhist Temples that I have seen. The architecture and golden colors really stood out under the storm clouds on the day I visited!

I only had a few days in Phuket, Thailand, but enjoyed every minute of it. The best time of the day to visit the beach was very early in the morning and at sunset. The rest of the day was quite crowded. I didn't get to go on a ride on the boats, but did get an up close view!

The beautiful Wat Chalong Temple was built in Phuket, Thailand in the early 1800s. There are several temples to visit at the site and they are all amazing.
