ГАЗ-М-21 "Волга" - Soviet business class car, mass produced at the Gorky Automobile Plant from 1956 to 1970. This car belongs to the most numerous "Third Series", produced in 1962-1970 - informally called "whale's whisker" for the design of the radiator grille. This is the most common GAZ-21, the total number of cars of the third series up to 1970 was about 470 thousand. Unfortunately, in this series it lost the mascot on the bonnet - the figure of a deer (it can be seen in the saloon).

Following heavy overnight snowfall, Harz Narrow Gauge Railway (HSB) metre gauge 2-10-2 tank 99 236 climbs out of the sunlight and into the cloud as it storms the final straight section, before winding its way to the summit of the Brocken on 31st January 2025.
