Edna Maison (born Carmen Edna Maisonneuve] or Carmen Edna Maisonave; August 17, 1892 – January 11, 1946) was an American silent film actress. For almost a decade Maison first had a career as opera singer before becoming a film actress in 1912, first at American Pathe at Fort Lee, NJ., later also at American Eclair, Nestor, Powers and Bison. Between 1912 and 1918 Maison acted in 85 (mostly short) films such as The Idol of Bonanza Camp (Nestor, 1913) and appearing with such actors as Lon Chaney and Harry von Meter.

In 1914 Maison was offered a contract by Universal, resulting in leads in dramas such as The Unmasking (Sidney Ayres, 1915) and Their Island Of Happiness (1915). In 1916, she acted in the feature films Undine (Henry Otto, 1916), and opposite Anna Pavlova, in The Dumb Girl of Portici (Phillips Smalley, Lois Weber, 1916), even if afterward she continued in various shorts. In 1917 she married film executive Beverly Griffith, her second husband. Her last major part she had as 'the other woman' opposite Louise Lovely in A Rich Man's Darling (Edgar Jones, 1918). In 1946 Maison died from heart disease at the age of fifty-three.
