looking North at the Xcel Substation near my house... I took this yesterday (April 13) on my way home... I have no idea how much power this building generates for Denver, but I imagine some of it has found its way into enabling my computer to post the picture of the powerplant that allows my computer to post the picture... damn, I'm in some sort of grammatical loop!

You'd think being under a major highway onramp would be very noisy... this day however I could have heard a pin drop.. don't know if that's because of acoustics or that everyone had gotten off work early... either way it was a nice little 5 minute period of picture taking all to myself in near solitude in Downtown Denver...
