I was at the Masonic Lodge/Temple/Whatever because it was "Open Door Denver Weekend" and they allow access to places that you normally wouldn't get to go, so I decided since this was nine blocks north of where I lived I would step in and take some pics... I was overall disappointed and they were setting up for a prom or dance or something.. which ended up being my favorite photos of the group.. that is, ones with balloons and lights and banners and being decidedly not "Masonic" in any way...

My first stop on the Doors Open Denver weekend (letting photogs go around the city and taking photos in places they might normally get to) and there was a prom being held there that night... so here is a shot of some draperies and xmas lights... I got out of there before High Schoolers descended on the place...

yes, it's balloons at the Masonic Temple.. I wasn't expecting them, but they are still fun to shoot.. I think there was a prom or something like that later that evening at the Temple... I also wonder if anyone has ever been a mason named Mason... that would be a little weird, right? Okay, I'm babbling.. (I do like the reflections in the balloons though...)
