Two-year-old Ismael Adam receives a drink of water from his kin and caretaker Kariya Mohamed Abbakar, a 50-year-old native of Jebel Saiey, North Darfur, who has been living in the Abu Shouk Camp for internally displaced persons (IDP) near El Fasher for the past 10 years.
