wonderful fresh seafood, meats, produce at a small Sunday farmers' market located on Bordeaux's Garonne River shore. There is a large farmers' market open three days per week in town center. Locals can get pretty much all their food shopping done at these markets. Sony A6300 and PZ1650.

these small fish camps dot parts of the Garonne and Dordogne River shorelines in the Bordeaux wine country. Looking closely, you can see homemade cranes that drop seine nets into the river, catching eel, brackish water fish, and shrimps. Most of these camps are pretty rough, but a few seem quite elegant.
