A pretty sunset landscape in Torshälla, located just a mile north of my hometown. Do you recognize the thunder god, Thor himself? A sculpture made by local artist Allan Ebeling in 1967.

I like windmills, if only because we have very few of them in Sweden. This one is located a couple of miles north of where I live.

This church was originally built in the 12th century, but of course a lot of changes have been made since then. The tower, for instance, has been rebuilt several times. It used to have a tall spire, so at 102 meters it was one of the tallest buildings in Sweden — can you imagine that? Yeah, me neither. The spire unfortunately burned down in 1873, as they often did.
