This is Mill Shoals Falls in the Appalachian mountains of Western North Carolina. Not too far off of the Blue Ridge Parkway, these waterfalls mark the beginning of the French Broad River.

This shot was taken using a Nikon D300 and the 17-35mm 2.8, with a Nikon CP.

Here's a new free desktop wallpaper for all you Corvette fans out there. It's my new C6 Arctic White 2011 Corvette Grand Sport with the Heritage Edition package and competition grey wheels .

I got up to the Blue Ridge Parkway the other day in my new Corvette Grand Sport to scout some spots and thought I'd get a couple shots of the new wheels while I was up there. Hope you enjoy it, comments welcome! ;-)
