A reef shark in the aquarium at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. These guys were a great challenge and somewhat difficult to capture well, as it was very dark and they were constantly on the move.

Found this guy hanging out in my front yard and was lucky enough to creep mighty close for this shot. I've been trying to get a shot of one of these for a week or two, but they are very aware of their surroundings and usually they fly off before I can get close enough to them.

Another picture of a lily taken in a greenhouse. This particular one had this great light shining into the center of it and was an excellent example of this flower.
Taken with a Nikon D300 and the 18-200mm VR lens, hand held with the lens wide open in AP mode...
