I presume these are scarecrows, but they don't look like any I've ever seen before; they look more like folk-art metal sculptures. Maybe they're both. :)

Scarecrows, but not functional ones in a field; more for some sort of kids' display (perhaps from a story), but I didn't have time to look at them and learn more. This was at a farm which has corn mazes, but they were closing as I got there, and I had to leave. :(
