This project on SR 121 (Tilley Road) in Thurston County replaces outdated culverts with big improved box culverts. These changes improve fish habitat by slowing the velocity of the stream and creates more pools and eddies for fish. When complete, an additional 3.1 miles of upstream habitat will be accessible to migrating fish. See more at the project web page:
