The skyline in-between Tacoma and Fife is dotted with several construction cranes in place for the I-5 Portland Avenue to Port of Tacoma Road Northbound HOV project. The cranes are in place for ground improvements and drill shaft construction. This photo also shows the north levee work trestle being built.
