Luis Arce, and various Peruvian diplomatic and military personnel aboard their magnificent sailing and training ship, the BAP Union in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4, 2024, as a part of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program. The ship, with a full crew of about 250 personnel, is a sailing vessel built by the Peruvian Navy to train Naval Cadet and Midshipmen, and is currently on a 10-month tour, circumnavigating the world and stopping in various countries along the way.
