The title is taken from the Greek "Κύριε ἐλέησον, Χριστὲ ἐλέησον, Κύριε ἐλέησον" or "Kyrie eleison; Christe eleison; Kyrie eleison" from the Latin mass and meaning "Lord have mercy; Christ have mercy; Lord have mercy."
