Crimson lives in Charlotte, NC and we have known each other since 2004. I'm pretty sure she's the only friend that I have that's shorter than me (she's 26 years old and stands 5 feet tall). When I told her I would be in Nashville this month, she told me that she'd drive out and spend the week with me (and help me out at the shoots that I have). Before we met with the band that I shot today, I took some photos of her.
I've never done a "laying down in the grass" picture, and I rarely shoot in natural light...so I was happy that this even turned out :)

Ignite Models
Mariah is an awesome girl who found me on Model Mayhem (does anyone else use that?). We were only able to shoot for an hour, but we're already practically BFF! She is super energetic and outgoing and I felt like I'd known her forever! It was really windy out so her hair gave us some problems, but we still got some awesome photos! We're going to shoot more next week :)

Angie is one of Casey Carlson's best friends, and did hair & makeup for this shoot that I did with Casey. Angie needed some new headshots & such, so I went to her house last week to do some shooting! Casey helped with styling and was also an amazing assistant as we all braved the 30 degree weather :)
She was actually just wearing the coat to stay warm, but I liked it, so I had her keep it on for a few shots. It was originally green, so I changed the color to match the headband :)
