he saw me taking a photo of him and he is gesticulating aggresively that he wants 2 pesos for the photo i was taking . there are MANY people that get dressed up and pounce on people and demand a photo and money .
if i was in their shoes i would do the same thing . however i don't feel obliged to give money . they make a very good living i was told by a local much better than most .
