it was the very first building I saw in Mexico after we left the aeroport of Cancun.
at that time I thought its flashy colours were kind of local extravagance... only to see later on that there is no such thing as extravagant colour in Mexico...;-)

"caprice local" je me suis dit en voyant ces couleurs... à tort...
en fait, les Mexicains adorent les couleurs pétantes..;-)
