Into the void is a great title from Titus Andronicus, and is perfect for this shot of the entrance to the Cauldron from the rocks of Flimston Ridge at low tide. It would be great to kayak into some of these amazing features.

I had a fantastic day yesterday wandering around the waterfalls looking for opportunities. Even though the larger falls always catch the eye, it's often the smaller ones that I prefer for photos. Soft Hand is by Willard Grant Conspiracy.

I haven't posted a photo for a long time as I've been obsessed with adders . This was when Maura Astesano, my companion amore from Italy visited last and on a wet day she suggested going to some woods. I hadn't been to these woods for years and as they're only ten minutes away we had great fun. A slow dance of Welsh Oaks. A Slow Parade is by A A Body. I'm off to Devon today to visit my daughter and grandaughters, so will make a change from adders.

A brilliant walk around the Stackpole coastline in Pembrokeshire on a perfect day. Stackpole Head was as dramatic as ever, so Head first into paradise , by Scott Matthews, sums up the shot well.

It was prophetic showing a picture of Marloes yesterday, as when we arrived at Martin's Haven , we were informed the boats to Skomer weren't sailing as the winds were too strong. At least the puffins would have a rest from all that posing. We popped down the road to have a wonderful two hours all alone on Marloes beach. This beach always has special memories, as it was part of our first holiday together, before we were married forty years ago. It was a magical morning, and luckily I'd thrown in my wide angle lens . I probably enjoyed taking shots of a deserted beach more than I would following a long procession of Puffin snappers. Do you remember the first time is by Pulp.
