Delicate Arch in Arches National Park. We started out at 4:30 AM on the hike to Delicate Arches. Oh my! It was a rocky climb in the dark, but, once again worth the effort.

The Million Dollar Road (550) runs from Ouray, Colorado to Silverton Colorado. There is zero room for error and no guard rails with only a rocky wall and a sheer drop off to greet you on the sides. More than 400 people have died on the road.

However, the drive was worth it to experience the beautiful mountain peaks of 13,000 feet elevation!

I will end my Colorado adventure at one of my favorite spots in the world. The Maroon Bells are two peaks in the Elk Mountains southwest of Aspen, Colorado comprising a series of distinctively bell shaped wine-colored peaks towering 14,000 feet above the pristine glacial Maroon Creek Valley.

Golf and Mountains Equals Paradise

Entering Snowmass Village, I wished that I had my golf clubs! The vistas on the course were phenomenal. The journey continues and I wish you all a Happy New Year!
