My 4 year old grandson, Zachary and his 2 year old brother Austin spent the night last night... Zachary has such a love for nature and gentle heart... I'm thinking that might come from being with me and my love of all creatures... when I told him he could hold and release a Monarch, I had tears in my eyes watching his face... all he kept saying was, she's so beautiful and adorable.... melted my heart!!!

Tally to date: 135 took flight... 64 males... 71 females....14 in chrysalis and one cat left to go.... the other day I released 19 in one day and today 11!!! This has been an amazing season and I will miss them dearly....
