It's been a while since I last posted a moc (October last year) and even longer since I posted my first and only Castle content (January 2023). I've been busy, mostly preparing for this years 'Bricktopia World' (big event in Maastricht to celebrate the Dutchbricks RLUG existing 10 years).

Having been a big Castle TFOL back in the day my cousin whom I've collabed with before asked me if I wanted to do a Castle layout for this event, at which point I suggested taking an Islands / multiple smaller diorama's approach. This is the proof of concept mini 'test' island that I made about a year ago now as an example for the other members of the collab. I've been meaning to take a pic of it and upload it for forever now... that said I have a bunch of (some half and some nearly finished) Castle mocs as well as a bunch of army building that I've done to share.

So yeah, TLDR between now and mid may (when the event is) expect a bunch of Fantasy Castle stuff, I look forward to showcasing what I've been working on including my largest addition to our collaboration a ruined monastery fortress spread out across roughly 5 32x32 baseplates (also following this 'island' principle).

At approximately 0300 hours LORO forces initiated an attack on an EFU stronghold on the norwegian coast near the statfjord oilfield and although initially succesfull the EFU immediatly deployed a counter assault team which arrived imminantly and was succesful at eliminating the LORO forces.
