The Amtrak Horizon Fleet coach was built by Bombardier as an 82-seat coach in 1989. Later, it was converted to a 68-seat ADA coach. In this 2024 photograph the car was running on Amtrak's Borealis train between St. Paul and Chicago.

The car, built by Budd, was acquired by Florida East Coast Railroad in 1946 and named "Eau Gallie." The car went to Seaboard Air Line, Seaboard Coast Line, and then to Amtrak. In 2024, when the photograph was taken, the car was parked at the Pueblo Railway Museum.

The Ann Arbor Railroad depot in Cadillac was built in 1913. When the photograph was taken in 2024, the building was home to After 26 Depot Cafe.

The cream-colored brick schoolhouse was built in 1874. The vernacular structure has a number of architectural features including- arched window lintels, circular vestibule light, and an ornate bell tower, that point to stylistic sophistication. The school closed in 1957, and the structure subsequently served as the Fife Lake Township Hall for several decades.
