We had the pleasure of finding and photographing a very special and rare visitor to our area, the Scissor-tailed flycatcher. He put on quite the show flying and posing while not being bothered by any human's or dog's presence. Hands down this is the prettiest bird I have ever seen in the wild....and another lifer!

We just got back from a trip to Lexington, KY, the horse capital of the world. There are over 400 horse farms there and the rolling hills, stables, spires and horses are such a beautiful sight to see.

Found this Blue goose in a local pond mixed in with hundreds of Canadian Geese.
