An Phước, 17, is a member of the small muslim Cham Bani ethnic group in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam. Her striking blue eyes are extremely rare among Vietnamese and have been passed down for the past several generations of her family. Originally photographed as a young girl by famous french photographer Rehan in 2014, she has grown into a beautiful young woman. Her blue eyes are not just rare, but the patterns in her iris are the most beautiful I have ever seen. Zoom in if you can. I am grateful to her and her family for giving us the opportunity to meet and work with her.
