v3.1

Redesign of my 8-wide GP38-2 with an engine body that's been shifted forwards by 1/2 stud to allow for way more prototypical proportions. The nose got a plate-height shorter, resulting in a less uncanny face. The cab is shifted forward by half a stud, so the long hood could grow by a stud in length, too. Overall, proportions are spot-on now. I ended up doing a full rebuild of my two original 9V powered GP38-2s.

Powered by two 9V train motors, therefore the wheel base on the trucks is wildly short.
All the major decals are self-designed and home-printed, the little warning signs are from a BMR decal kit I still had around.

Special thanks go, once again, to Chris Stone.
