Here I am in a recent picture with the delightful Penelope, who has been my waitress on numerous occasions, and has always treated us girls with great warmth and affection.

At the end of last year, I made a point of leaving a review and photo of me and the girls on the company's website, it is a big chain, praising Penelope, saying what a wonderful ally she is to the trans community and how she helps to make the restaurant an inclusive establishment that I always want to return to. On my next visit she thanked me profusely, and I think the company has some sort of reward scheme for its staff, so it did benefit her directly. Also, we always leave a good tip!

If any of you ladies receive good service and are made particularly welcome, show your appreciation with an online review and high rating if you can. It goes a long way as businesses want to demonstrate they are inclusive and it puts our community in a good light, bringing positive outcomes for all of us. Good tips also endear you to people! 😁
