I've built the first version of this landspeeder some 3 years ago (about the same time as the Tumbler) but for some reason never got around photographing it. It is obviously inspired by the one created by Larry Lars – in fact, at the time I was trying to replicate his model for my own small collection, but I was missing the fancy Bionicle parts he used on the nose so I had to find some alternate solution.

I've recently found it in a box and decided it needed a little downsize (version above). Still, I got first a couple of shots of the first version as well, because I think some of the details are nice on that one too.

I personally prefer the "as shot" warmer lighting over the color-correct, as it gives a more prominent military feel to the aircraft.
