This dog has no patience but for a moment he was calm. His kids are outside and he isn't.

This test was the Viltrox Canon to Fuji adapter. It does work as seen here but I'm not completely sold on it. Focus is fairly quick and it works so far without issue

My second time trying this manual focus stuff and I'm still missing 99 percent of my shots. Should be easier with the Fuji but guess I just suck at it. Anyway this one is almost in focus and I like the photo

At the Raheenleagh wind farm, outside Arklow, I dragged myself and my camera bag up the gravel roads on my bike. The tracks were steep so I was pleased when I could stop for a photo opportunity. And there were many of these. The low winter sun and the elevation of the wind farm enabled me to capture one of the turbines backlit.

The Irish Sea can be seen from the Raheenleagh wind farm, and far in the distance is the first Arklow Bank windfarm - a small offshore windfarm (7 turbines) that is currently and unbelievably, Ireland’s only offshore windfarm. More offshore wind farms are planned along the East coast of Ireland but are stuck in the Jurassic planning process.
