This is my second attempt at processing this shot (you can see my first attempt here). Unlike my first attempt, this version is not cropped. It has been tonemapped though (using Photomatix Pro) to bring out the detail in the sky.
BTW, the title takes some poetic license, this path doesn't actually lead to the castle, it just looks like it does!

The ruins of the old Lady Chapel church near Maynooth. There is now a new Lady Chapel church a little closer to Maynooth, but the old church grounds and graveyard are still maintained. This is a really lovely gem near Maynooth that almost no one knows about.
