After midnight, 7th Avenue near 30th, NYC.
A great sports bar, that sadly has now closed.
I rather like the RX100 as a street camera, and its' low light capabilities.

Dawn light at Mona Vale Beach, Sydney
Don't know who these four kids are, but there's always people on the beach before dawn most fine days, chilling out and watching the changing colours of the sunrise.
The very coarse sand on the Sydney Northern Beaches takes on a beautiful reddish glow in strong dawn light.

First time I've attempted a Milky Way shot. An interesting experience and worth doing, even though Milky Way shots have become a bit cliched. But the story of the shoot was memorable. And instructive.
Being a moonless night at the farm in the mountains west of Sydney, and very dark conditions, it took a lot of trial & error experimenting with the tripod (setting the camera in the right direction in the dark, and Live View being of zero help in a black night) as well as trying various exposure and lens settings, and also balancing the light between the sky and the rear of the farmhouse.
After a very frustrating hour or so I had finally got every variable sorted out and ready to start shooting, but just before I fired the hero shot, the dog wandered out in the dark to see what I was doing and why I hadn't fed him, knocked over the tripod and camera, and I had to virtually start all over again.
To manage the light in the foreground, I placed tea-towels over the house lights to reduce the light output to a level that I was happy with. I wanted to have some house light, but not too much to overwhelm the balance with the sky.
I might have done better with a shorter shutter speed - 30" is probably a bit too long as the light trails become visible. However it's essential to be able to get both foreground and background in focus, so there's some constraints on aperture.
Lesson for next time, if I ever do it again: I'll do it without the dog.
