Gorgeous Coyote Hunting Along A Stream - Magpie Was Harassing It

The magpie had been harassing the coyote as it was hunting.
I got lucky and caught both together as the magpie took flight.
I was using my Canon 400mm f/2.8 lens with a 1.4x extender, giving me 560mm at f/4 and it was mounted on a Gitzo TeleStudex Tripod.
This was back in my younger days, when lugging 30 pounds of camera gear wasn't a big deal.
Still have that lens and tripod and haven't used them in years.
