This Goldfinch might be wondering what I am doing sat in the back of the car with my camera.

Having planned how I could best arrange the garden feeders to get some shots in the frost / snow using the car as a hide - had to make the most of it. Only had an hour when there was enough light - but before the sun had melted most of the frost on the branches.

I made the most of the overnight frost and used the car as a hide this morning to photograph visitors to the garden feeders.

Most birds land in this cherry tree and then work their way down.
