This is only the southern half of the hotel, there's a same large northern building as well.

The Fuggerei is the world's oldest social housing complex, formally founded in 1521 by Jakob Fugger "the Rich", though construction actually started earlier. The first buildings were erected between 1516 and 1523.
And if you wonder about that "interesting" place name that flickr assigned, this has been brought up already over 2 years ago (!) in the Help Forum, but flickr staff does not care about fixing the maps' place names issues.

This 113.7 meters tall Skyscraper in Munich was completed in 1981 and was renovated recently to meet modern energy standards.

The baroque Mariensäule is a monument located on the Hauptplatz in Wiener Neustadt.
It was donated by the local bishop Leopold Karl von Kollonitsch in 1678 on the occasion of the marriage of two half-sisters of emperor Leopold I in the St.-Georgs church of the castle in Wiener Neustadt.
The same bishop consecrated the column after completion in 1679.
