Built in 1907, this Beaux-Arts structure was designed by architects William Augustus Edwards and Frank C. Walter. The building was individually placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. It is also a contributing property to the Sumter Historic District, which was listed in 1975.

This structure was originally erected in 1881 using the blended Italianate and Second Empire designs of Robert N. McGrath and W.M. Aiken. It was later expanded and altered into a more Classical Revival appearance during three remodeling efforts in 1901, 1924, and 1934. The 1934 remodeling used the designs of architect Willis Irvin. A final expansion, designed by Wells/Law Group, Inc., was placed on the building's south elevation in 1989.

Built in 1826 using the Greek Revival designs of prominent American architect Robert Mills, this former courthouse is popularly known as the Robert Mills Courthouse. It is a contributing property to the City of Camden Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
The jail, or gaol, that once accompanied this structure was destroyed by General William T. Sherman in 1865.

Erected in 1956, this Mid-Century Modern structure was designed by Lyles, Bissett, Carlisle & Wolff. Its style has been described as "Starved Classicism." The building was replaced as the Oconee County Courthouse in 2003, when the present courthouse was opened next door. This former courthouse was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, and it appears to sit vacant.
