Apple season is in full swing, and boy- o- boy are they delicious this year. These are from two vendors at the Saturday farmers market - Fair Hill farms and See Canyon. Pink ladys, Empires, Fujis and a golden something or other )I can't remember. Grapes are from Fair Hill farms.

Apples are so good this year. I eat one in the car on the way to work (oh keep your hair on, I eat it at the stop light, not on the freeway at 60 mph!) and one in the afternoon, sliced, with peanut butter.

And sometimes, in the evening, I slice them up and bake them with pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top! Smells heavenly and tastes sinful!
