Poortje De Brakke Grond.

Het poortje met de opschrift "De Brakke Grond" en het jaartal 1624,
tussen Oudezijds Voorburgwal 298 en 290,
is een achteruitgang van het Brakke Grond-complex.

De Brakke Grond, gelegen aan een pleintje midden in het
theaterdistrict aan de Nes, biedt voorstellingen op het
gebied van podiumkunsten, beeldende kunsten, muziek en
andere kunstvormen. Ook wordt de Brakke Grond gebruikt
voor tentoonstellingen, festivals, debatten en andere
evenementen. Het cultuurhuis heeft een café-restaurant,
met een terras op het pleintje, waar voornamelijk
Vlaamse gerechten geserveerd worden.


Gate De Brakke Grond.

The gate with the inscription "De Brakke Grond" and the year 1624,
between Oudezijds Voorburgwal 298 and 290,
is a back exit of the Brakke Grond complex.

De Brakke Grond, located on a small square in the middle of the
theater district on the Nes, offers performances in the field of
performing arts, visual arts, music and
other art forms. De Brakke Grond is also used
for exhibitions, festivals, debates and other
events. The cultural center has a café-restaurant,
with a terrace on the square, where mainly
Flemish dishes are served.

De stalling biedt plaats aan 7.000 fietsen.
De stalling heeft een directe verbinding met de hal van de metro,
