This image of an Amish buggy crossing the CSX double track mainline was taken just before Sunrise not far from Gravelton, Indiana. Amish families from Pennsylvania started to migrate into this area around 175 years ago and there is still a countless number of tidy Amish farms with houses and barns of white, perfect flower gardens and well kept fields of crops throughout the nearby countryside. ~~ A Jeff Hampton Photograph ©
