This place is so atmospheric that it's almost creepy. I don't mind admitting I was a little bit scared on the 2 hr hike home in the dark.

I've been very lucky on my last few visits to Fairy Lake.

Each time, the conditions have been interesting yet completely different.

It's hard for me to decide which visit yielded the best results but on this morning I managed to bag four lovely compositions due to this lingering fog.
