I had the pleasure of visiting Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic with my workplace and wife. I took my big camera with me but decided to leave the tripod and filters at home. This image is a stitch of 7 or 8 handheld vertical shots using my GF 32-64 I acquired few days before the trip. Wonderful lens and a wonderful place. May return one day fully equipped to paradise.

Here's test shot using the Lee Super Stopper 15 stop ND filter on my GF 23 lens. Exposed for 60 seconds. Color cast is minimal and I'm amazed by how sharp the image is because the wind was strong and the filter is huge. Summer is coming and hopefully I can do more long exposures.

It's funny that finally when I'm equipped with world class gear I don't feel the urge anymore to go out and capture the beauty of the world. Let's just blame it on the pandemic! Having this thought I decided to browse through some of my files from earlier this year to see if there is something eye catching there and found this image. Shot on December 30th 2020 during a nice winter sunset by the lighthouse in my hometown of Akranes Iceland. I like the layers of sand in the foreground and the long exposure, so here it is! :)

Last weekend I had a fishing trip to Veiðivötn lakes in the Icelandic highlands. It was incredibly cold and bad weather but with occasional glimpse of beauty. Here we have the sun just merging through the clouds around midnight. No filter needed since nature provided one.

Here's a little video I shot while visiting the new eruption in Iceland. The Fuji GFX 50S is not a mighty video camera but I find it still the results fine within the limits of the 1080p resolution.
