After waiting on a Galesburg, IL to Tulsa, OK manifest at BN Crossing, another Galesburg, IL to Tulsa, OK manifest, BNSF train H-GALTUL1-28A, makes its way towards the BNSF Ft. Scott Sub at 30th St. on the KCT, headed for a crew change at Rosedale. Unlike the previous H-GALTUL, this one came into town via the BNSF Marceline Sub, the former Santa Fe, as opposed to the BNSF Brookfield Sub, the former CB&Q.
An ACe and a Dash 9 are the working power followed by a former Santa Fe B40-8W, which looks rather long in the tooth. 4/29/23.

These Warbonnet Dash 9s are right at home as they pass the DSF at the former Santa Fe, now BNSF, Argentine Yard in Kansas City, KS with a transfer from Murray Yard in North Kansas City, MO.
BNSF has become an almost endless sea of orange power, as evident in the group of locomotives by the shops, but it's always cool to see that they still have power painted for its predecessors roaming around, especially on home rails. 1/1/17.
