The surface of our small koi pond is constantly changing. It acts as a mirror to what is going on up above. Some days, it's white clouds; others, raindrops making concentric circles. Tree branches above are reflected as curvy lines and add to the abstract creation. When the rain ceases, new art is formed.

Every year, when we split the waterlily plants in our koi pond, we donate the splits to the Green Bay Botanical Garden. They have a giant pond where they have been planting the splits. This patch was doing well last June.

Don't eat this mushroom; it's deadly! In fact, it's called the deadly Amanita mushroom. But, some creatures, as you can see, eat it.

Lake Winnebago is the largest lake in Wisconsin, and in January, the sailboats are replaced by iceboats. The wind powers the boats, which are quite a sight as they fly over the ice.
