I came across multiple of this big oak trees standing in the woods or free on pasture land. Truly a big and old tree.

We took a three day hike from Basel to Delémont. It started in hidden gems in Basel to finally see some magnificent trees and flowers.

I was invited to Sissach to the "General Sutter Distillery" to capture the mood and impressions.
You see in both shots the main distillery room with the five stills and in the middle with the coolers and small collectors for the spirit.
This day he was running "Burgermeisterli", a spirit based on apple and herbs. They did win the last Swiss tasting a gold medal for their Burgermeisterli
