Some come with the car, some are by foot, others take the bicycle - though it is below zero degrees Celsius.
Others have taken the S10 train towards Zürich HB. And the bus from line #32 is not visible behind the train.
So just a pretty busy moment.

I went through my archive and came across this shot from an excursion in August 2010 on the Läufelfinger.

The locomotive got serious damages when the depot in Schaffhausen burnt down in 2023.

The Be 8/8 came to the SZU in 1978. And has been removed shortly after 2000 when the first batch of Stadler trains arrived.
They were mainly used in the service from Zürich HB to Triemli.

We had this egg cutter in use since a few years. We rarely used the function to puncture the egg, but it was there.
When cleaning this tool last evening, it caught my eye that there was a black mark on the turning points.
After disassembling the tool, I understood what was the wrong construction part: When cleaning the tool, water would stay in the base of the puncturing tool, as there is no escape for the water until it evaporates. A good designer would have left open spaces at the bottom of this plate, so water could easily escape.

We will replace the egg cutter.
