The Nejjarine was built as a caravansary, a guesthouse for merchants. Nowadays, it's a woodwork museum. The most interesting exhibit is the house itself though. Other than that, there is a cozy small café on the rooftop with a very nice host.

The mausoleum of Moulay Ismail lacks any contemplativeness. When I was there, a tour group of about 50 Russians just arrived. The only place without them was above.

Got to love this Moroccan art. I got lucky to shoot this passage without tourists. Usually, there are busloads around you and a minute later, that's what happened.
