A Northern Flicker came to visit the feeder in my backyard. These are the trees just behind the feeder.

While common in New Hampshire, I very rarely see one. It visited my feeder for 4 days but then I did not see it yesterday. Hopefully we'll see it again.

Getting to know my new camera (Canon R1). So far, these high ISO images of a female cardinal in my backyard cleaned up very nicely, IMO.
