Goodbye 2025 (austral) summer. Despite some important personal challenges, i really enjoyed this season and specially when i was outside Santiago, first in El Tabo and second, in northern Chile like this picture taken at the shoreline of Tongoy, a coastal town placed 50 Kms. south of Coquimbo, in the same region.

Adiós al Verano (austral) 2025. A pesar de importantes desafíos personales, haciendo un pequeño balance creo que dentro de todo también hubo buenos momentos, tanto en Enero en El Tabo como en Febrero allá en el norte chico de Chile como se puede apreciar en esta foto tomada en Tongoy, pueblo costero ubicado a 50 Kms al sur de la ciudad portuaria de Coquimbo.

Route 5 between Vallenar and La Serena (Atacama and Coquimbo regions), in northern Chile.

The trenche between both cities are marking the transition between the coastal landscapes with the first part of Atacama Desert, depicted on this picture taken near Incahuasi (590 Kms north of Santiago), a small town placed aside this motorway.

A man in a Kayak boat is sailing in the coast of Guanaqueros, a coastal town placed 12 kilometres north of Tongoy and near to the Route 5 between Santiago and Coquimbo & La Serena. This coastal town is visited by thousands of people in summer time (december, january, february and even march) due to their warm beaches, excelent climate and for be quieter than other coastal places in Valparaíso region (the distance between -450 Kms avg.- Santiago and Tongoy - Guanaqueros - Puerto Velero - Las Tacas - Coquimbo - La Serena acts as a de facto filter).

it´s highly recommended travel to here.

Without any doubt Chile is an Otaku country and a clear proof of this is this wall painting done in the middle of Santiago CBD and related to Jujutsu Kaisen, a very popular anime and manga created by Gege Akutami. I watched twice this anime on Crunchyroll and it´s very amazing (i´m team Itadori).

Chile es sin ninguna duda alguna un país Otaku y una clara prueba de ellos es este enorme mural hecho en plena Alameda de Santiago Centro (actualmente el mural se borró debido a unos rayados, siendo reemplazado por otro mural, también de temática Otaku y que se encuentra en desarrollo), obra relacionada con el muy popular Manga y Anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" (de Gege Akutami). He visto 2 veces este Anime en Crunchyroll y sí, es demasiado bueno (aquí soy team Itadori).

Quebrada Márquez residential complex. Built in mid 1950´s, it´s considered a milestone in Valparaiso´s contemporanean architecture.

I really appreciate this place of Valparaíso. It´s colorful and people very kind.

Brands like Lego and 7Up (with DJ Tiesto) filmed TV spots here for example.
