An older photo... There was a small clearing along a two track that I would pass by regularly. People used it as a makeshift shooting range, mostly using household junk as the targets. Eventually the tree that they hanged stuff from got so shot up that it broke in two. For a while people still carried on, for instance using this frying pan as a target.

Shot on Kodak HIE infrared in 2008. It was a challenging film and I never managed to get very good with it. This is a rework of the original scan. 35mm film cropped to square. I used a Pentax LX for all 35mm IR film work, so that was the camera. No record of the lens though.

Really enjoyed watching these ever moving cranes dance with each other. The pond in the foreground is Constitution Gardens Pond. At least I think it is, at the time my gps labelled it Gardeners Pond.
