Even though I still have many more images from my trip a couple of months ago to Praque, I thought it was time to have a change.
Taken just before Christmas on an outing to Padley Gorge, our arrival, around sunrise, showed no hint of mist. But for once the weather forecast proved accurate, and gradually the grey mist descended to envelop the woodland, and provided a great contrast to the bright green moss and ferns.

Another shot from Prague, this time a panorama taken on Charles Bridge just prior to sunrise.
One of the advantages of shooting a panorama at this, busy, iconic location is that you can wait a little bit for people to move between taking each frame.

A well known, and much photographed location in Prague, which leads up to the Cafe Orient; which is one of the few places where we actually needed to use cash during our stay.
This spot isn’t that easy to get a shot; they’ve roped off the actual space at the bottom of the stairwell, as no doubt they got fed up of people like me. However you can still reach over and hold the camera out in front of you, pointing up, or, as I did, lay the camera on the stump that sits in the stairwell, but this isn’t flat, and needed a lens cap underneath to level things.
