I made a day trip recently to London, with a fellow tog, specifically for photography. I got to many locations that I haven’t shot before, including the City area.

I spent a good deal of time around the Lloyd’s building and grabbed this shot looking towards the ‘Gherkin’, with St Andrew’s church just creeping into shot. I was taken by the clash of styles of the various buildings, especially the metal structure of the Lloyd’s building compared with the glass of the Gherkin.
